Castle Siege

Two teams, two castles. Answer a question right and your catapult knocks blocks out of the other team's wall. The first team to knock the other wall down wins.

One question a line. Put the answer after a |, like Capital of Victoria? | Melbourne, or paste two columns from a spreadsheet. The answer can be left off.

Teacher tips and shortcuts
  • Split the class into two teams. On their turn, a team picks a small stone (an easier question) or a big boulder (a harder one that knocks out twice as many blocks).
  • Read the question out, or let the class read it. When the team answers, press โœ“ Right to fire or โœ— Wrong. A wrong answer shows the right one, and it's the other team's turn. After a shot it's the other team's turn too.
  • Show answer lets you check before you mark. New question swaps in another one the same size, if a question doesn't suit.
  • Make questions writes questions with AI. Read through them first: it can get things wrong. Sets you make are kept in this browser, so you can play them again without making them again.
  • Keyboard: S stone, B boulder, A show answer, R right, W wrong, N new question, F full screen, M sound, Esc this menu.
