About this game
The computer's microphone listens to the room. While the class stays quiet, a "next visitor" silhouette fills with colour and an animal comes out to join the scene. When every animal has arrived, a surprise guest appears, confetti flies, and the whole class earns a star.
Get too loud for too long and the animals get nervous, then the newest one runs away. A cough or a dropped pencil won't count; sustained chatter will.
How it works
- Pick a world, how long each visitor takes, and how quiet "quiet" is.
- Press Start listening. The game measures your room for 3 seconds and sets its "too loud" line just above it.
- Stay quiet and watch the visitors arrive. Look out for rare golden ones.
- Adjust the sensitivity any time by dragging the line on the meter.
Good for
- Silent reading and independent work
- Settling the class after lunch or a break
- Any time you'd otherwise say "shh" for the tenth time
